  1. Does each of the Abilities you listed describe you as a leader? Why or Why not? - If I’m being honest I am working on my communication skills, yet the rest I feel I have all of the other characteristics.
  2. How would you rate yourself according to your top leadership characteristics that you listed? - I would rate myself a 9/10 on accountability, a 9/10 on self-awareness, a 8/10 for integrity, a 6/10 on communication, and a 9/10 for responsible.
  3. Which one of the characteristics best describes you and which one least describes you? - I feel that accountability in one that best describes me and communication least describes me.
  4. What is one thing you need to do to improve in this area? - Mainly just working on getting better at my integrity and communication.

  1. Does each of the abilities you listed describe you as a leader? Why or Why not? - I like to believe that all of these describe me as a leader, and each of these qualities can contribute to how I would support the team.
  2. How would you rate yourself according to your top leadership abilities that you listed? - I would rate myself a 8/10 for decision-making, a 7/10 for creativity, a 9/10 for motivation, a 9/10 for active-listening, and lastly a 8/10 for conflict resolution.
  3. Which one of the abilities best describes you and which one least describes you? - To me active listening and motivation best describes me, and conflict resolution least describes me.
  4. What is one thing you need to do to improve in this area? - I definitely need to work on my conflict resolution by becoming less of a people pleaser so I can help more in those types of situations.

  2. How would you rate yourself according to your top leadership beliefs that you listed? - I would rate myself a 8/10 for dependability, a 9/10 for leading by example, a 9/10 for fairness, a 10/10 for respect, and a 8/10 for transparency.
  3. Which one of the beliefs best describes you and which one least describes you? - For me respect and dependability best describe me and transparency least describe me.
  4. What is one thing you need to do to improve in this area? - I really just need to improve on my transparency, again by becoming less of a people pleaser.
