Sergeant reflection

What do Sergeants bring to the team - What is the good they provide? - Sergeants are there to help bring spirits up and to help with planning things, the good they provide is making people happy and keeping them like that throughout the whole year and also making sure the team is having fun throughout the stress of the year.
What could be changed? What fell flat? What would you like to see from the Sergeants you felt didn’t work this year? - I feel that we could have had better communication when it came to the little things. For the sergeants next year I feel they should just make sure to keep communication up to the end of the year so that you don’t miss anything.
If you could re-do one thing, Sergeant related, this year what would that one thing be? And how would you re-do it? - I would have given more input because when it came to picking certain things for events, I really didn’t give my opinion as much as I should have.
What tasks, if any, do you think the Sergeants could take on that they aren’t already doing? - I believe there is nothing else added that the sergeants weren’t already doing mainly because they do have a lot on their plate when it comes to planning, and executing everything.
What tasks, if any, do you think the Sergeants do that should be the responsibilities of someone else? - I believe their is nothing else that could be added, mainly because everything was the perfect amount because we never got bored throughout the entire year.
