- What games worked and what didn’t? Do you have new game ideas? - The Frog game worked as did mafia, shark vs minnows, and kickball. I will say that with our team we were way to competitive to play capture the flag after the first time. I would like if we played the game where you have a beach ball and you try to reach a certain number or the end of the alphabet without it getting out of the circle while passing it.
- What motivation or bonding exercises could be used on the team? - We could do some goal - setting sessions during team camp and also maybe trust fall exercises to build trust and communication, and we could also do fun group outings like a lake day with a bunch of fun games.
- What new ideas do you have for both the theme and sister reveal during summer camp? - For the theme reveal we could have a balloon wall and we would have enough balloons that everyone can pop one. Yet some of them will be empty and others will have letters or words that we all can then put together to spell out the theme. - For the sister reveal I would like to do a mix of the last two years. So all of the bigs would get boxes that can fit their whole body in it and they have to wrap said box in wrapping paper with either a print of some kind or a plain color. The big and little will dress matching the wrapping paper so then the littles will then get put in front of the box that matches them, and the bigs will pop out surprising the littles.
- What new ideas do you have for any events or holidays? - We could do a picnic near the end of the year during the spring at the lake maybe, with a make your own small bouquet and the team decorates their own tote bags with paint and gems to really anything the sergeants together an come up to decorate with.
